Relationship between reproduction of population and modeling and realization of human capital

Summary/Abstract: Bulgaria has lost over one million people for 13 years due to negative natural increase and emigration. Society must strive for effective reproduction of population as well as full realization of every person. A theoretical basis for achieving this end is presented. A new scientific approach is promoted to identify relationship between population reproduction, setting up human capital, people’s realization, income, consumption and reproductive behavior. Both biological and social components of population reproduction as well as its quantitative and qualitative parameters are clarified. Five different kinds of interrelations are outlined: (1) quantitative and qualitative characteristics of human capital and basic areas of social life, in which it is set up; (2) quantitative and qualitative aspects of people’s realization and social spheres in which people have to realize themselves; (3) setting up the real income in different social groups and covering people’s needs; (4) needs, attitude, motivation and demographic and social behavior] (5) human behavior and social reproductive process, presented using input-output method. Four interrelated hierarchical levels of social situation are outlined which act upon human behavior: - natural, labor and social environment; - formal and informal communities a person lives in; - family, and - a person’s life positions and aspirations.
