Relationships between Causative and Community Orientations and Control of Emotions

Summary/Abstract: Relationships between causative and community orientations and control of emotions were the main aims of this presentation. There were analysis from two research. First of them checked relation between these orientations and fear, anger and depression. Orientation of community promotes hiding, damping, denying feeling. Selfefficacyminimizes the difficulties in controlling anger and depression. Second research was concentrated on connection between orientation and fear of failure. The relationships between the causative orientations and the fear of defeat are significantly positive – decrease fear, however relationship between community orientation and fear depends on the gender of the respondents
