The Role of relationship witch work and selected personality variables in the perception of life satisfaction

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the results of studies aimed at determining the role of the relationship with the work and selected personality factors with a sense of satisfaction with life. The essence of this study was to examine the relationship between satisfaction with life with the gender and age of the subjects and the relationships between a person to their work and the effect of this relationship on satisfaction with life. During the study, it was also attempted to determine which of the analyzed variables (coercion and satisfaction experienced while working, sense of self-efficacy, dispositional affect, level of impulsivity) act as predictors of life satisfaction.
