The medias and the human rights in Albania – the realities and the challenges

Summary/Abstract: The protection of human rights as an indicator of the economic and social development of mankind constitutes one of the fundamental axes of the object of the domestic law of the states and of the current international law. Included and explicitly mentioned in almost all paragraphs of the preamble to the UN Charter, as an objective and purpose of its activity, in addition to ensuring international peace and security, and widely addressed in the Charter provisions, it represents an obligation and at the same time an important trend, which contributes to the affirmation of the individual with the quality of its subject and its transformation into a “citizen of the world”.
