Summary/Abstract: The special juridical literature procedural exceptions are defined as means by which, within civil proceedings, the interested party, the prosecutor or the court ex officio, under provided by the law conditions, and without regard to the merits of the claim, the procedural irregularities or deficiencies of the right of action exercise, seeking to delay judgment or prevent the judgment on the merits of the cause.
