Summary/Abstract: Unlike the former Code of Criminal Procedure, the current law contains a number of new institutions in the field of surveillance and investigations of persons who have committed offenses under the criminal law, the institutions through which it is aimed that the judicial authorities, in particular the authorities for criminal prosecution, be aware of the modern issues in both technical and criminal matters, because, as we know, the offenders are ahead the competent bodies to comply with the law. Pursuant to article 138 of criminal procedure Code, regarding special techniques of surveillance or investigation, the following are listed: wiretapping and interception of communications, access to a computer system, video surveillance, audio or picture taking , location or prosecution by technical means, obtaining the list of phone calls, possession, delivery or search mailings, request and obtain, lawfully, the data on financial transactions the use of undercover judicial police officer, the finding of a corruption offense, controlled delivery, the identification of the subscriber, the owner or user of a telecommunication system.
