Talent Management in Modern Organizations: Case Studies

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present the idea of talent management (basing on the literaturę review) and to analyze it in a practice (using the method of case study). In a theoretical part the author discusses different definitions of talent, talent management together with its phases and some benefits of introducing talent management system into the company. It the empirical part two organizations are described. It is proven that talent management systems are complex and supported by organizational culture within those two firms.
