Summary/Abstract: In today's conditions dominated by the globalizing world and capitalism, tourism sector employees, as in every sector, employees of the tourism sector work in an intensive work pace. Well-being of the employees in social life, their participation in physical activities and improvement in quality of life affect life satisfaction positively. The scope of this study is to determine the effect of the life quality of employees working in the accommodation business on their organizational commitment and to examine the relationship between these variables. The population of the study consists of employees in thermal and urban hotels in Ankara in 2019. The sample of the study consisted of 402 employees in 10 accommodation business with convenience sampling method. The obtained data were analyzed by correlation analysis, t-test and Anova test. As a result of the study, it was understood that there was a significant relationship between employees’ quality of life and organizational commitment levels. On the other hand, variables of age, gender, marital status, length of service and education status did not differ in both perceptions of quality of life and organizational commitment. However, significant differences were found both in perceptions of quality of life and organizational commitment in terms of variables such as income status, having received tourism education and choosing the job willingly.
