Analysis of state planning of the city of Torun

Summary/Abstract: Spatial planning is a main tool with which you can protect and shape the space in a rational way. The space planning refers to a real space, which is subjected to the processes of planning. Instrument of spatial planning and zoning are documents of planning. In order to identify the planning state of the city of Torun were subjected to a detailed analysis of the existing local zoning plans and plans that are under development, as well as decisions on land development conditions and land development issued after 2003. In order to determine the request of spatial planning assessment also examines building permits issued disaggregated by individual housing estates. On the basis of this analysis, the state planning of the city of Torun has been rated as good and developing in the desired direction.
