Structural changes in enterprises in internationalisation process - effects and barriers

Summary/Abstract: This article presents the results of studies that aimed to identify results and barriers to implementing changes of organizational structures in polish enterprises in internationalization process. Among the results pointed a flexibility increase and customer service improve. In most cases pointed the sales increase on the domestic market than abroad. The most commonly indicated barriers in changing the organizational structure were financial barriers.
