THE BLACK SEA, CENTER OF A POTENTIAL GLOBAL CONFLICT?

Summary/Abstract: Countries in the Wider Black Sea are have shown in the recent years that there is both opportunity and willingness to achieve security and stability. The states and the NGOs were forced to seek and propose their own solutions to achieve these interests, drawing on specific and regional similarities, fostering cooperation and mutual solidarity. Of course, not all the chapters have been negociated completely, or not yet found a formula generally accepted of work, but most of them display their values.
