The suspension in the case of the judgment in the special procedure of evacuation

Summary/Abstract: In order to be enforced as a rule, a judgment must be enforceable or final. However, there are situations in which first instance judgments may be enforced before it becomes final. They may be enforced, either because the law allows it (when running provisional law), the judgment enjoys provisional enforcement after they were given at first instance, either because there is a provision of the court in this sense (if provisional execution of court), this finding that, according to the circumstances of the case, it must be provisional execution of the judgment even though it is not final or enforceable.
