Factor analysis in the identification of areas that determine the improvement of management systems in Polish organizations

Summary/Abstract: This paper presents the empirical use of factor analysis in studying the areas determining the improvement of management systems in Polish organizations. The application of factor analysis in this case allows a more complete diagnosis of the interdependence among the elements of management systems and their significance for the improvement or dependence on the industry.
