Summary/Abstract: The Directive on preventive restructuring frameworks does not contain sufficient guarantees for current creditors who agree to supply various products or services to the insolvent debtor. Most times, supplier credit is the only means of financing, but it is close to inexistent in practice, even though it benefits from super priority guaranteed by law.
