Summary/Abstract: Regulation 1907/2006 (REACH) contains duties of different groups of persons. The previous Act on Chemical Substances No. 365/2003 Coll. ensured enforcement of this directly applicable regulation by using so called "catch-all-provision" encompassing all infringements of REACH. The act No. 365/2003 Coll. has been abolished by the new Act on Chemical Substances No. 350/2011 Coll., which came into force in January 2012. This act brought substantial changes in the administrative sanctions definition.
