Summary/Abstract: : It is common to say that the customer is a business and there is no business without a customer. In other words customer is a strategic value which is dedicated to every business. The author in this study is trying to answer the following questions. First of all who is the client in terms of business? Then what is the place and role of the customer in the most popular company management styles? Should all customers be approached carefully and treated equally? And finally - is it necessary to diversify (differentiate) customers by the profit they generate?
