The impact of Quality Management Systems and Technology for Improvement of Supply Chains

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the publication is to highlight that the Logistics activities in the supply chain must be supported by modern concepts of quality management and technology. The publication discusses the role of quality in the supply chain and characterizes the importance of technology in logistics. In the article the concept of quality management and technology model in the supply chain was also presented as well as guidelines on which is based its proper operation.
