Summary/Abstract: The aim of the paper is to discuss the essence of strategic entrepreneurship and some relationships between entrepreneurship and strategic management. Strategic entrepreneurship is a relatively new concept of management, derived from entrepreneurship and strategic management. The existing scientific achievements of strategic entrepreneurship has largely theoretical in nature, and the practice is not yet well understood. The article attempts to understand the essence of strategic entrepreneurship and review the proposed definitions by different researchers. The article was based on ananalysis of subject literature and research on strategic entrepreneurship.
