Summary/Abstract: Nowadays, by improving product quality and customer service, companies can compete in the market. The article will cover the subject of logistic customer service. It is applied to traditional pre-trade, transactional and post-trade processes. In the context of logistics of returns in e-commerce, it takes on a new meaning, and the processes identified in it should be modified and adapted to the new dimension of reverse processes. The aim of the article is therefore to characterize and define processes of logistic customer service in logistics of returns realized in e-commerce.
