Boomerang-Employees on the Polish Labor Market

Summary/Abstract: The crisis of talents growing on the Polish labor market causes that employers are beginning to look for new answers to the old question: How to find the right employees? One of the most reasonable answers seems to be the re-employment of former employees. Even the term “boomerang- employees” appeared in the literature, referring to people who, leaving the workplace, being employed in another company and after taking up experience,return to the former employer. The aim of the paper is to present the phenomenon of boomerang employment on the Polish labor market based on the analysis of literature and the results of author’s own research.
