Multidimentional Models of Health Management – Empirical Example of Otorhinolaryngology

Summary/Abstract: Article is an attempt to present a multidimensional concept of health management on the example of prevention, diagnosis and treatment of larynx’s cancer in Poland. It begins with a review of the definition of health, followed by an overview of the different ways of understanding the term management. This has led to the synthesis of the concept of health management, which became the starting point for the location of the concept of health management. Then in the proposed classification of levels of health management, which resulted in a clarification of the theme by the closing work of empirical illustration. It is based on the use of the health management model with regard to the prevention, diagnosis and treatment cancer of larynx in Poland.
