Analysis of the Impact of the Implementation of Intelligent Transport System in Rzeszow on Satisfaction of Passengers

Summary/Abstract: The main objective of this study was to analyze and evaluate the implementation of Intelligent Transport System in Rzeszow in the context of its impact on the growth of passenger satisfaction. The research process was conducted in October 2016 on a group of 200 randomly selected passengers. The research tool was a questionnaire developed in accordance with the requirements of the method and CSI and contains eight known transport demands. Based on the research process, it was found that the overall level of customer satisfaction with public transport is satisfactory, but requires further investment and improvements, especially in the aspects of a typical logistics such as punctuality and frequency of courses, respondents highly value the tangible aspects of the service provided.
