Summary/Abstract: The competitive position in the market organizations are largely dependent on the quality of human capital. For operators this means you need to look for new solutions that allow rational management of human resources. Increasingly, we also deal with the company learners that allows you to learn all of their employees. The aim of the study is to identify the specific way of knowledge management in a learning organization. Adopted research hypothesis, which states: knowledge management in a learning organization enables the use of knowledge at the level of the entire organization, because all participants in the process perceive the condition of the success of the company, will be revised based on the analysis of literature.
