Summary/Abstract: A production company should not await that a product in its offer will sell itself. Orders from the same supplier received in the same periods of time should not be expected. The company should not rely on the only channel of co-operation. Despite sales and profit it should constantly search for new customers both in distribution channels that it already take part in and look for clients in different distribution channels. Only permanent focus on clients searching in all possible distribution channels may assure a financial-economical security of the production company.
