Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present methods of employee development areas of logistics. Changes occurring in economy necessitated the development of employee competencies. There was a new category of concepts, namely the talented employees, so-called „Talents”. The companies created talent management programs specially dedicated to these people. The development is essential in the framework of these programs. It is the competence of the employees that is crucial for the company.
