Summary/Abstract: The article represents the analysis of selected problems that were pointed out by entrepreneurs experiencing problems accompanying the establishment and development of innovative companies. There has been an attempt taken to reconstruct factors that trigger both managerial and psychological crisis during this process. Identification of these factors is an outcome of the authors’ empirical studies that she conducted in the years 2010–2016. A qualitative method of studies has been applied – an Individual In-Depth Interview (IDI), wrought on the basis of the authorial script of conversations with entrepreneur being tested. In this paper one selected case study is presented.
