Summary/Abstract: The right to be forgotten is a construction where data subject has the right to remove information (about him) included on web pages. This construction is one of the propositions in the new EU regulation. It has been proposed in article 17 of the EU regulation project of personal data protection. It has been forced by progressive technology progress and development of the new technology. In this context it seems to be necessary to provide legal regulations that guarantee wide protection for people in this area.
