Summary/Abstract: Observing circumstances for profession exertion, considered by others as restriction of the right to work or of the freedom of choosing profession, the occupation or the place to work are imposed by incriminations included in the 11 th article from the Law no. 78/2000, we realize the importance of this law and its social impact.
