Summary/Abstract: The development of the criminal process in order to establish the factual circumstances in which a crime was committed, presupposes the pre-existence of some factors involved in this process, respectively the persons and the material objects. The process of their recognition or identification, known in forensics as a concept of forensic identification in judicial identification, involves the concern of judicial bodies to analyze and evaluate the evidence administered in the case, critically, objectively and unilaterally.
