Summary/Abstract: To sustain, nowadays, that education represents the main and primordial factor of ensuring constitutional law to a decent living standard, seems rather a mimetic, maximum generality, or even propagandistic. It is at least insufficiently convincing knowing the routine of such rhetoric, already exhausted in the open space and, last but not least, given the relatively distant effects that it produces. In fact, though, as we will demonstrate, education is the most robust and also vital factor for securing previously spoken about law, so that all other factors-economical, political, etc. can only be derivatives of the educational element.
