Summary/Abstract: An attempt is made for possible systematizations of the delicts in the Roman law, with a presentation of the relevant sources, as well as a brief overview of the basic characteristics and the development of some of the delicts. Analysis of the contemporary forms with a focus on Macedonian legislation is also provided. Several conclusions are derived regarding the importance of roman criminal law for contemporary law.
