Summary/Abstract: The topic of this article is the security environment and its extreme changes taking into consideration geopolitical and geostrategic context caracterized by a continuous chain of crises. The author’s endeavour is to define as well the post-modernism concept focusing on key-elements, each of them seen as technology levers to estimate trends in the evolutionary framework of intelligence structures.
