Summary/Abstract: The recent practice has brought to attention the enforcement of the provisions of art. 721-722 of the CCP, and thus, it was required to summarize the regulated institution, and this article answers the essential questions related to this institution. This presentation re-joins the interpretation of the applicable legal texts with the relevant practice in the matter, hoping that the applicability of this topic in practice shall be correctly approached by specialists, as its purpose consists of facilitating the enforcement procedure.
