Summary/Abstract: Human resource is the most important value of any organization. To maintain a performing human resource it must be the principal objective of any army commander. Some of internal management standards are dedicated for this. Managers need to implemented in a smart way this standards for the organization progress. Without performant people doesn`t exist progress in organisation.
