DEVELOPING ORGANIZATION'S RISK PROFILE. A MAP OF THE RISKS

Summary/Abstract: In order to establish a risk prevention strategy in military organization one must conduct an assessment of risk, the purpose of which is to establish a hierarchy of risks in the organization. In the scientific approach proposed, risk assessment represents the assessment of the risk exposure of the military organization. To prevent the risk, one must know the two dimensions of risk exposure - the frequency and severity and achieve an organization's risk profile. This paper aims at presenting some aspects regarding the risk profile of the organization and the size of the exposure to risk.
