Summary/Abstract: The present paper is a synthesis of the multiannual researches in natural aquatic ecosystems of the Republic of Moldova, with reference to diversity and population status of the alien and interventional fish species. Described are the strategies for penetrating and expanding these taxa, analyzed the opportunistic idioadaptive peculiarities, assessed the danger potential and, as a result, the biomeliorative management measures were submitted.
