Summary/Abstract: The transformation of human resources management in health organizations is ongoing. An important role is held by transformation strategies, as well as by analysis of internal and external influence factors. The dynamics of these organizations' personnel is due to the competitiveness offer at national and international level. The human resources management must adapt to subsequent changes,the client being sensible to the medical personnel's structure. That is why strategies are needed to transform human resources management that will anticipate and to answer the requests related to workforce change.
