Summary/Abstract: This paper aims to synthesize some arguments for the inclusive education of people with hearing impairment. It is structured in three parts preceded by an Introduction. The Introduction presents some ideas regarding specific elements of music in relation to the theme of the work. Part I, entitled The Art of Sounds for Hearing Impaired People, briefly outlines the way in which hearing-impaired persons relate to music. In Part II, Forms of Musical Talent Manifestation of People with Hearing Impairments, the types of deafness are described, and some ways of expressing by music for those affected by hearing loss. Part III of the paper brings to attention two examples of well-known hearing-impaired musicians who have benefited from inclusive education. Based on all the arguments presented in the paper, the Conclusions emphasize once again the importance of inclusive education for people with hearing impairment.
