Summary/Abstract: The risk of producing driving accidents is raised by using vehicules with majore techniqual damages, but also by using some vehicules that were techniqually modified with the unautorisated intervention of the owners. On this considerents, the article issues in treating a theoretical point of view of the risk for public order and safety, represented by the organisation of illegal car races.
