Summary/Abstract: To be considered serious a crisis must threaten the values in a very credible way and – in the same time – must be urgent an inacceptable. In order to assure an efficient management of the crisis, the states created their own national systems. The most performant and efficient seem to be the systems of the NATO members. Over their diversity the crisis management systems of the states are connected, working together or with the NATO system for managing the inner crisis in the states where the ethnic conflict emerge and the international crisis determined by the terrorist attacks.
