Summary/Abstract: This article aims to show what a teacher can do in order to be a modern one, or, better said, to be on fashion. A teacher of the XXI century must remember to use practical means in teaching strategies, thus achieving harmony and cadence during his classes. Evaluation strategy shows how to integrate the action of assessment, by measuring operations – assessment – decision functioning structure of teaching/ education. The concept of evaluation strategy reflects the increasing trend evaluative actions: the traditional checks to assess processes and conditions of work teaching situations of training or learning
