Flexecurity of Bulgarian Labor Market

Summary/Abstract: In the contemporary social and economical conditions, in the European market environment there is a new conception, called “flexecurity”. It is connected with a combination of flexible employment and social security, security of the employment through flexibility of the work. Only with this approach is possible to work European labour market with equivalent positions of its agents, with important role of the social state in determination the problem for an optimal work of the labour market.
