Summary/Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic process deeply affects social life. This process causes serious consequences in working life and measures are needed in many areas of law, especially in labor law. The COVID-19 epidemic caused extraordinary conditions in our country and in the world that have not been encountered before in many aspects such as working conditions, new types of work, occupational health and safety. At this point, although many measures have been taken in the field of labor law in our country, it is thought that the effects of the process will continue in the future. Within the scope of the study, the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic process were investigated and evaluated in terms of short-time work, leave without pay, abrogation right, termination agreement, industrial accident and occupational disease, remote work and new types of work.
