Summary/Abstract: This article presents in a structural manner a tool to effectively assess the performance management. As an evaluation tool circular feedback implies gathering complex information about an individual or a group. The author analyses this tool from the perspective of opportunities it offers to correctly understand the concept of organizational performance.
