Summary/Abstract: The article presents, in a structural manner, a technique of efficient evaluation that has soon become part of the architecture of performance management. As an evaluation instrument, circular feedback supposes collecting complex information about an individual or a group’s performance. The author analyzes the technique from the perspective of the opportunities it offers to help a correct understanding of the concept of organizational performance.
