Summary/Abstract: The concept of power is required than reported to the notion of influence. The two terms keep their individuality, being in fact some related concepts, serves as a support power relations influence while the influence itself is inconceivable without the existence of a certain economic or military power. Spheres of influence not only certain geographical areas established once and for all, it is characterized by high mobility, the attempts spectacular insight into the opponent, the tendency of a great power or another to eliminate competitors and acquire if possible, even stronger position as the “heart” of the region dominated by potential opponents. Policy areas and spheres of influence is a blatant denial of fundamental principles of international law, which are called to govern in the current historical moment, more than ever, with full responsibility, relations between states.
