Summary/Abstract: One of the most dangerous form of modern criminality is traffic of human beings. Despite of national specificities, the international community is very interested in preventing and combatting of this type of criminality by adopting of many treaties and accords regarding the traffic of human beings. These treaties intended to create principles which subsequent will be transposed in national regulations.
