SOME ASPECTS REGARDING THE FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT

Summary/Abstract: The contract practically represents the most important source of legal obligation relationships. Its conclusion involves meeting between the offer to contract and the acceptance, thus realizing the formation mechanism of the contract. In this regard, the Civil Code, to the previous regulation, comes with some changes but brings new elements too, which must be taken into consideration when concluding any agreement and when amending the existing ones.
