Summary/Abstract: The current security environment is characterized by complex challenges. The emergence of hybrid threats has determined an increase in the complexity and ambiguity of the operational environment. In order to cope with these security challenges, it is necessary to synchronize the application of the instruments of power. Therefore, it is imperative to conceptualize and operationalize an integrated approach. The solving of the wicked problem of hybrid threats can be facilitated by an integrated approach.
