Summary/Abstract: The corruption has long been considered one of the most harmful phenomena of a democratic society. Criminal law theories and practices constantly strive to embed legal instruments capable of effectively addressing this phenomenon, both at the level of substantive criminal law and procedural criminal law. Inmid-2016, the provisions of Section 159c and Section 159d of the Code of Criminal Procedure became effective, which should be the next step in the fight against corruption.
